水中六氯丁二烯的顶空-气相色谱测定法 被引量:4

Determination of hexachlorobutadiene in drinking water with headspace gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立水中六氯丁二烯的顶空-气相色谱测定法。方法水中的六氯丁二烯经顶空进样系统提取,采用DB-5毛细管色谱柱以恒温方式进行分离,用带ECD检测器的气相色谱仪进行分析,根据保留时间定性,用外标法定量。结果在0.004~1.20μg/L的线性范围内,所得六氯丁二烯的回归方程为y=3 698.5x-68.25,r=0.999 6。方法的检出限为0.001μg/L,定量限为0.004μg/L,平均回收率为101.7%~104.2%,RSD为0.8%~2.5%。结论该法操作简便,准确,灵敏度高,不需使用有机溶剂,适用水中六氯丁二烯的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of hexachlorobutadiene in drinking water with head-space gas chromatography. Methods Hexachlorobutadiene in water was extracted by headspace technology,then analyzed by GC with ECD and DB-5 capillary column. The retention time of the peak was used for quanlitative analysis,while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The linear range was 0.004-1.20 μg/L,the correltion coefficient was 0.999 6,the limit of detection was 0.001 μg/L,the lowest detection of concentration was 0.004 μg/L. The rates of recovery of hexachlorobutadiene were 101.7%-104.2%,the RSDs were 0.8%-2.5%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,high sensitive and applicable to the determination of hexachlorobutadiene in drinking water.
