纳米银对免疫系统影响的研究进展

Effects of silver nanoparticles on immune system: a review of recent studies

摘要 纳米银(silver nanoparticles,Ag NPs)作为一种广谱性抗菌材料,在工业和医药等领域得到广泛应用。然而,在生产和使用的过程中,纳米银暴露引发的潜在毒性问题不容忽视。纳米银易在免疫组织器官中蓄积,且可通过免疫刺激和免疫抑制双重效应影响机体免疫功能。笔者从纳米银在免疫组织器官的分布、纳米银对非特异性免疫及特异性免疫的影响及其机制等方面综述了纳米银对免疫系统影响的研究进展,为进一步进行纳米银的毒理学评价及安全使用提供参考依据。 Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) are broad-spectrum bactericidal materials which are widely applied in the fields of medicine and industry. However,during the production and application process,the potential toxicity derived from the exposure of silver nanoparticles should not be ignored. It has been reported that AgNPs was easy to accumulate in the immune organs,and could affect the immune function by immune stimulation and immunosuppressive. In this paper,the influences of AgNPs on immune system were summarized,included the AgNPs distribution in immune organs,the effects and mechanism of AgNPs on nonspecific immunity and specific immunity. All these are expected to provide certain reference for the toxicological evaluation and rational utilization of AgNPs.
