摘要
为了解决我国在推广应用纺织制造执行系统过程中存在使用不方便、功能不齐全、数据不共享和系统不安全四个突出问题,通过分析纺织生产管理的特性,归纳总结出纺织制造执行系统开发与应用的关键技术,阐述了数据采集技术、数理统计技术和网络通信技术这三类技术的具体内容及在纺织中的实际应用。认为:只有将纺织技术与这三类技术很好地结合,纺织制造执行系统才能有效帮助我国纺织企业实现转型和升级。
In order to solve the four prominent problems during the popularization and application of textile manufacture execution system in China including inconvenient during usage, incomplete function, unshared data, system unsafety,key technology of textile manufacture execution system development and application was summarized by analyzing properties of textile management. The detail contents and practical application in textile industry of three kinds of technologies as data collection,mathematical statistics and network communication were explained. It is considered that textile manufacture execution system can efficiently support for the transformation and update of textile enterprises only when textile technology and the three technologies are well combined.
