摘要
合成肉桂醛巴比妥酸(CBA),并将其与硬脂酸钙(Ca St2)及水滑石(LDH)进行复配,系统研究复合热稳定体系中各组分之间的配比对PVC静态和动态热稳定性能及加工性能的影响。结果表明:Ca St2与CBA存在很好的协同作用,LDH能显著提高复合热稳定体系的热稳定性,通过实验筛选出CBA/Ca St2/LDH的最佳配比为5/2/3。
Cinnamaldehyde barbituric acid(CBA) was synthesized, then it was compounded with calcium stearate (CaSt2 ) and hydrotalcite(LDH). A series of corresponding studies were done to research the influence of constituent of heat stabilizer system on PVC static and dynamic stability and processing performance. The results showed there was a good synergy between CaSt2 and CBA. The thermal stability of PVC was improved significantly with LDH. As composite heat stabilizer, the best ratio of CBA/CaStJLDH was got, which was 5/2/3.
