摘要
合成了香草醛希夫碱(VAS),研究VAS在硬脂酸盐(Ca St2和Zn St2)及水滑石(LDH)复合热稳定体系中对PVC热稳定作用的影响。结果表明:Zn St2与VAS存在较好的协同作用,与LDH复配能显著提高复合热稳定体系的热稳定性,VAS/Zn St2/LDH复合热稳定体系的最佳配比为5/3/2。
Vanillin-Aniline Sehiff's base(VAS) was synthesized. Function and the influence of VAS doped with CaSt2 , ZnSt2 and LDH stearate system for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) were also studied. The results showed that the synergy of ZnSt2 and VAS was better than the synergy of CaStz and VAS, that VAS doped with ZnSt2 and LDH stearate system could effectively improve the thermal stability of PVC, of which the best ratio of VAS/ZnSt2/LDH composite heat stabilizer system was 5/3/2.
