摘要
以汽车手套箱盖为研究对象,选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力以及保压时间4个工艺参数作为实验变量,以获得手套箱盖的最小翘曲变形作为注射成型工艺参数优化目标。基于响应曲面法的中心符合设计方法,结合CAE仿真模拟技术,建立了手套箱盖翘曲变形同工艺参数之间的响应模型,并对该模型进行了模拟验证。结果表明:该模型有足够精度用于预测产品翘曲变形,可达到提前纠正产品尺寸参数从而得到更好的制品质量,避免多次试模。最后采用Design-Expert获得了其最佳工艺参数组合。
Took automobile glove compartment cap as research object, melt temperature, mold temperature, packing pressure and packing time were selected as the test variables to obtain the optimization of processing parameters for minimizing the warpage deformation in injection molding. The response surface model which described the relationship between warpage deformation and processing parameters were established by using central composite design (CCD) of experiments and CAE simulation technique. Also the validation was done by numerical simulation. The results suggested that the mathematical model could be used to predict shrinkage with adequate accuracy. Hence, if it was applied at design stage, corrective could be initiated and implemented for better quality of products without resorting to physical trials on mold, Finally, optimal sequence were obtained by using Design-expert.
