塑料玩具产品装配序列优化与仿真

摘要 针对塑料玩具产品在生产中装配效率低的问题,基于知识Petri网模型,提出了一种实现塑料玩具产品装配序列优化的方法。分析塑料玩具产品特点并建立知识规则库对层次连接关系图进行简化,采用割集法生成可行装配序列,构造出知识Petri网;在Matlab环境下开发知识Petri网工具箱进行仿真,得出优化序列。通过对传统方法和新方法进行塑料玩具装配效率对比,验证新方法的可行性,从而为塑料玩具产品装配序列的优化提供了新方向。 Aimed at the low assembly efficiency in the producing process of plastic toys, a method to optimize assembly sequence of plastic toys was put forward based on knowledge Petri net model. The knowledge rule base was created since the characteristics of plastic toys were analyzed, and then the hierarchy connection diagram was simplified. Feasible assembly sequence was generated and knowledge Petri net was constrcucted by using cut set method. Optimized sequence was obtained after the simulation of knowledge Petri net toolbox developed in the Matlab environment. By comparison with traditional method, the feasibility of improving assembly efficiency of the new method was confirmed. A new way to optimize assembly sequence of plastic toys was provided.
