摘要
创新研制一种应用于机械(特别是汽配)零件螺钉装配的自动化设备,实现以旋具自动旋进螺钉来代替传统全手工装配、以自动送料装置来代替手工喂料的目的。该设备采用"单输入、多输出"的气动安装方式,能够实现工件的自动送入、装夹和卸载;基于Solid Works软件的有限元仿真分析结果对样机进行加工调试,并在生产一线试运行,验证了该样机的有效性、可行性,其效率是手工装配的4倍以上,且装配精度和可靠性得到大幅提高。
To develop a set screw automation equipment applied in machine parts especially auto parts. The equipment achieves the goals which replace the manual assembling by automatic screwing and manual feeding by automatic feeding. The "single-in- put, multi-output" pneumatic installation achieves the feeding, clasping and unloading workpiece. Manufacture and debug the ma- chine based on SolidWorks, and proceed the commissioning. The equipment enhanced the efficiency of assembling over four times higher than manual assembling,increased the assemble precision and reliability prominently.
