基于特征的飞机标准件构建技术研究

摘要 飞机中使用了大量的标准件,根据标准件的使用和工艺特点,每一类标准件都有其各自特征。通过对这些典型标准件的特征组成分析,从当前零散的设计方法中归纳并提炼出通用的设计准则、设计规范等知识。在特征库的基础上,结合CATIA二次开发技术,按照设计参数迅速生成所需要的标准件模型;通过研究特征识别方法,提出了特征组合的概念设计模型,并对标准件特征组合的具体机构设计进行了数学模型分析,实现飞机标准件基于特征的快速构建。 Planes have a large quantity of standard parts, according to their use and technological characteristics, each kind of standard parts has the characteristics of their own. Based on the typical characteristics of analysis of standard parts, concluding and extracting general knowledge such as design criterion, design specification from the current scattered design method. On the basis of the feature library and combines CATIA secondary development technology, according to the needed design parameters, we can rapidly generate standard model;By studying the characteristics of identification, puts forward the characteristics of the combination of concept design model, and put forward the mathematical model analysis about the specific mechanism design of standard parts features combination, and achieve rapid construction of aircraft standard parts based on the characteristics.
