摘要 为了解决对报废产品的拆卸成本进行评估时难以精确化的问题,提出了一种基于模糊聚类的拆卸成本建模方法。首先通过采集拆卸操作样本的成本指标数值来建立原始资料矩阵,然后采用标定化和规范化运算得到拆卸操作的关联函数——相似矩阵,再通过传递包法计算得到拆卸成本等级隶属度函数,进而运用阈值原理切割推理出最佳分类结果。给出了相对难度系数的概念,并以此为基础构建了对应各类别的三角形隶属度函数。以减速机的拆卸为实例,验证了该方法的可行性。 In order to modeling the disassembly cost of end of life product consistent with the practice, a fuzzy clustering approach is presented for composing fuzzy cost model used in selective disassembly. Firstly, the raw data matrix is built by collecting values of disassembly cost index. Then the correlation function of disassembly operation is defined through calibration and standardiza- tion. According to fuzzy matrix transmission closure, the membership function of disassembly cost level was achieved subsequent- ly. Thereby the best classification can be obtained based on the threshold principle. The relative coefficient of difficulty concept is defined as the basis for triangular fuzzy membership functions. In the end, a study case of reducer is given for the feasibility of fuzzy cost model used in disassembly.
