摘要
采用自由基共聚法合成了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸共聚物(MMA-co-AA),利用流延成膜加工工艺制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/MMA-co-AA/TiO2共混膜。研究了MMA-co-AA含量对PVDF共混膜的结晶形态、热性能、热稳定性、耐候性的影响,并测量了共混膜的水接触角。研究表明,MMA-co-AA与PVDF有很好的相容性;MMA-co-AA的加入提高了共混膜表面的亲水性,但降低了共混物的结晶度和分解温度;经紫外照射老化后,共混膜的力学性能有所降低,但仍具有较好的抗紫外性能。
MMA-co-AA was synthesized via free radical copolymerization. PVDF/MMA- co-AA/TiO2 composite film was prepared by casting. The effect of the content of MMA-co- AA on the crystalline form,thermal performance,the thermal stability and weather resistance of the composite film were studied. Meanwhile, the contact angle of composite film was measured. The results indicate that PVDF and MMA-co-AA are partially compatible. The presence of MMA-co-AA improves hydrophilism of PVDF/MMA-co-AA/TiO2 composite film. The crystalline and decomposition temperature of the film decrease. The tensile strength of composite film decreases slightly according to ultraviolet radiation tests, hut it still exhibits good anti-UV performance.
