铁系/钼系抑烟剂对环氧膨胀型防火涂料生烟特性影响 被引量:1

Effect of Ferritic and Molybdenum Smoke Suppressants on Intumescent Flame-Retardant Coating Based Epoxy

摘要 通过三氧化二锑与膨胀石墨、膨胀阻燃体系共混制备环氧膨胀型涂料,探究三氧化二锑在无卤膨胀型阻燃涂料中的阻燃效果。在此基础上,向涂料中添加三氧化钼、钼酸铵及二茂铁3种抑烟剂,以此改善涂料的生烟特性。三氧化二锑在无卤膨胀阻燃涂料中有效推迟达到峰值热释放速率的时间,同时降低燃烧过程中的总热释放速率,且添加三氧化钼后,其生烟时间大大缩短,添加二茂铁的样品燃烧前期的生烟水平降低,添加钼酸铵的样品,其后期生烟过程得到很好地控制。 Using antimony trioxide, expanded graphite and intumescent flame retardants,an intumescent flame-retardant coating based epoxy was prepared. The flame-resistant effect of antimony trioxide in the coating was studied. The smoke generation behavior of the coating was improved with the addition of molybdenum trioxide, ammonium molybdate, or ferrocene. The results show that the antimonous oxide has a good performance on flame retardance and all the three smoke suppressants have different improvements on smoke suppression. The molybdenum trioxide can shorten the smoke time. The ferrocene can efficiently reduce the smoke release rate at the early stage of combustion, and the ammonium molybdate can enhance the smoke sup- pression at the later stage of combustion.
