摘要 通过对螺纹盒盖塑件工艺分析,模具结构确定为外侧抽芯热流道注射模,阐述了该模具生产运作过程,侧重对热流道浇注系统进行了设计和相关计算。结果表明,模具结构合理,运作良好;热流道元件热膨胀计算及浇口、温控设计是此类模具设计的关键要素。 Based on analysis of the forming process of screwedcover, the structure of the hot runner injection mold with out-side-slider pulling mechanism has been determined. The operation process of the mold was described. The hot runner system was designed and calculated especially. The results show that the mold structure is so reasonable that it operates well. The calculation for the thermal expansion, the gate design and temperature control are the critical tips of this type mold with hot runner system.
