摘要 介绍了碳纳米管的独特结构及其卓越导热、导电及高力学强度等综合性能,碳纳米管是目前制备高热导率聚合物的一类重要填料。探讨了纳米管的结构、用量、表面改性、界面热阻、混杂及多层次纳米粒子等对聚合物热导率及其他性能影响及其进展,分析了碳纳米管传热模式及其聚合物复合材料的导热机理。 CNTs are one kind of important heat conductive filler getting for highly thermally conductive polymers. Its unique structure and ultra-highly thrmally thermal conductivity and electric conductivity, excellent mechanical properties were introduced. The research progress in thermally conductive polymers filled with CNTs and the effects of CNTs' structure, loading content, surface modification, interracial thermal resistance, hybrid,and multi-scale composite on the thermal conductivity and other physical properties of filled polymers were discussed. The heat conductive mode of CNTs and the thermally conductive mechanism of CNTs/polymer were analyzed.
