摘要
为了研究不同粗纤维饲喂水平下民猪和大白猪血液生化指标变化情况,笔者对0天和30天的民猪和大白猪血液中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶进行检测。结果表明:粗纤维含量为9%、12%和15%的三种日粮饲喂情况下,民猪和大白猪谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶含量均有增加,但民猪增加程度较小。说明饲喂高粗纤维含量日粮的情况下民猪肝脏、心脏、肌肉等组织器官所受影响远小于大白猪。
To study the changes in blood biochemical indexes of the Min pig and large Yorkshire fed different levels of crude fiber, the author detected the glutamic -pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in the of Min pig and large Yorkshire at 0 d and 30 d, respectively. The results showed that the contents of glutamic - pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, lactate dehydregenase and creatine kinase were increased in the Min pig and large Yorkshire fed 9, 12 and 15 % of crude fiber in the diets, but the degree of increase was lesser in the Min pig. The result indicates that the effect of feeding high content of crude fiber in the diet on the liver, heart, muscle and other tissues and organs in the Min pig is far less than that in the large Yorkshire.
