The global environment is getting worse in 21 centuary. Enhancing the whole nation's awareness of the need to protect the environment is the expectation of the sustainable dev-lopment society. Normal institutions of higher learning are launching aircrafts of educating. Giving environmental educating to the students of normal institutions of higher learning and enhancing their consciousness is the basis of enhancing the whole nation's environmenal quality.
