摘要
一所大学能否可持续发展,取决于其人才培养是否彰显特色,是否具有核心竞争力。本文以南京财经大学教育管理实践为例,着重探索人才培养核心竞争力形成的决定因素、价值取向和有效途径,为高校人才培养核心竞争力的形成及可持续发展提供借鉴。
The sustainable development of an university depends on the distinguish characteristics and core competence of talent cultivation. Taking the education management practice of Nanjing University of Finances and Economics as example, this paper explores the key factors, value orientation, and effective methods of the development of core competence of university talent cultivation. The paper gives some references for other universities to form the core competence of talent cultivation and sustainable development.
