基于生产角度的我国能源产业区域间非均衡发展研究

Study on the Unbalanced Development between Regions of China's Energy Industry Based on the Production Angle

结合能源经济学理论、区域发展理论及统计模型分析方法,根据研究目的选择了Laspeyres模型和SSA模型,并对这些模型进行了计算性扩展和应用创新。在Laspeyres模型中定义了传统能源生产率,首次从生产率角度对能源产业产出价值进行了模型分解,进行了认识论方面的创新。在分离出区域发展优势的SSA模型基础上,首次加入了空间权重矩阵,并设计了T检验以验证模型扩展的科学性和有效性,进行了方法论方面的创新。研究结果表明,全国能源投资正向拉动了所有省份的能源增长;能源省份的生产效率较高,但投资结构不够合理,而非能源省份能源产业的生产效率普遍较低;所有省份的区域份额分量均为正,全国能源产业发展带动了所有省份正向发展;河北、内蒙古和新疆等地的区域发展优势分量表现突出,地区发展优势明显,而产业结构优势分布连片效应明显;大多数能源省份的竞争力优势分量为正,与毗邻省份相比具有竞争力优势。

This paper fully integrated theory of energy economics,regional development theory and statistical model analysis methods,chooses Laspeyres model and SSA model according to the research purpose. The study found that, national energy investment pulls forward energy growth of all provinces, investment structure of higher energy efficiency provinces is not reasonable, non-energy provinces generally have decreased production efficiency of energy industry, regional share component of all the country＇s provinces are positive, energy industry development of all provinces is driven by the national energy forward, regional development advantages of Hebei, Neimeng and Xinjiang outstanding components, regional develop advantages are obvious, advantages of distributed contiguous of industrial structure effects are obvious,the competitive advantage component of most provinces is positive ,and has competitive advantage compared to the adjoining provinces.
