摘要 现代超高层建筑广泛采用钢与混凝土的组合结构体系,钢与混凝土的连接多采用预埋件方式解决,预埋件与钢结构通过焊接的方式连接。利用穿心式千斤顶对超规预埋件进行足尺承载力试验,揭示其裂缝出现及发展的规律;通过预埋在锚筋和锚板上应变片记录其受力特征;超规预埋钢板即使满足混凝土设计规范防止弯曲变形要求,试验过程中发现预埋钢板仍旧产生弯曲变形。 In recent years,steel-concrete composite structure has been extensively applied in super highrise buildings. In the structure,the connection of steel and concrete is usually accomplished by preburying embedded parts which are welded to steel structure later. In this paper,a full scale experiment on the bearing capacity of the embedded part which is beyond the specification of the code was undertaken using the feed-through jack to reveal the existence of cracks and their development law,and their mechanics characteristic was recorded by the strain gauge embedded on the anchor bar and plate.Experimental results indicate that the embedded steel plate beyond the specification of the code even meets the requirements of bending specified in the code for design of concrete,but it still has bending deformation.
