摘要
机制砂替代河砂应用于高性能混凝土,在水电等大型工程建设中广泛应用,立足于广西壮族自治区某高速公路C50 T形梁,采用机制砂替代天然河砂,从机制砂混凝土配合比和性能测试入手,分析了机制砂对混凝土强度、耐久性等指标的影响,提出了C50机制砂混凝土T形梁设计原则,并在广西壮族自治区首次进行了现场试验段试验,服役性能良好。
Machinery sand is widely used in high performance concrete for hydropower projects and other large construction projects instead of river sand. Based on a highway C50 T-girder in Guangxi,the machinery sand is used instead of natural river sand. From mix ratio and performance testing of the machinery sand concrete,the impact of sand on the concrete strength,durability and other indicators is analyzed,and design principles of C50 machinery sand concrete T-beam are proposed. The on-site experiments is done for test segment in Guangxi. It proves that the concrete has good service performance.
