富含水土层中深嵌硬质岩咬合桩施工技术与研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着城市的密集建设,基坑围护越来越复杂,嵌岩咬合桩现阶段应用越来越多。对于岩石强度>60MPa且要求入岩深度3m以上的桩,传统的技术无法满足施工要求。采用"全套管全回旋钻机+小型潜孔锤"这一新工法,解决富含水土层中高强度、深嵌岩咬合桩难点。实践证明,采用该技术可以保证施工质量,成桩质量高,咬合厚度能够得到保证,不漏水,保证了基坑的整体性,降低了风险,取得良好的社会效益。 With the intensive construction of city,foundation excavation is more and more complex,and the rock socketed pile is used more widely at present. For the piles with rock strength more than 60 MPa and rock socketed depth more than 3m,the traditional technology can not meet the requirements of construction. The new construction method of full casing drilling rig and small DTH hammer is used to solve the difficulties of high strength deep socketed secant pile in water rich soil. The practice proves that using this technology can ensure the quality of construction with high quality of pile forming,the occlusal thickness can be guaranteed without water leakage,ensure the integrity of the foundation,reduce risk,and achieve good social benefits.
