基于认知的英汉词义对比研究——关于对比认知词义学的构想 被引量:8

摘要 本文在指出将对比词义学和认知词义学结合起来构建对比认知词义学这门新兴学科之必要性的基础上,从研究背景、理论基础、研究目标、内容和方法以及未来研究走向等角度尝试构建对比认知词义学的理论框架。研究表明,在认知词义跨语言研究基础上形成的对比认知词义学是一门新兴的、系统的交叉学科,有着深厚的理论基础和明确的研究目标、内容和方法;该学科构建的词义描写认知框架能够为英汉词汇对比分析建立客观的、更具操作性的释义机制;所构建的多义词认知语义分析框架有望为英汉多义词研究提供统一的认知分析模式,并有助于改进词典释义、外语教学以及语言处理和机辅翻译等语言工程。 This paper explores the necessity of establishing a new discipline of Contrastive Cognitive Lexical Semantics( CCLS) by integrating Contrastive Lexical Semantics and Cognitive Lexical Semantics. The author of this paper attempts to build up a theoretical framework for CCLS from the aspects of its research background,theoretical basis,research target,content,and methods as well as its future directions. The study shows that the cognitive framework derived from the new discipline for describing word meaning helps to set up a more operative objective interpreting system for contrasting and analyzing English and Chinese words; and that the framework for analyzing the cognitive semantics of polysemous words promises to provide a unified model for analyzing English and Chinese lexical polysemy,which will shed light on lexicographic interpretation,foreign language teaching,language processing and CAT.
