桡骨远端骨折患者与正常人群骨密度与骨折风险系数对比研究

Comparative study on bone mineral density and fracture risk coefficient in patients with distal radius fracture and normal population

目的研究桡骨远端骨折患者与正常人群的骨密度、骨质疏松症发病率及骨折风险系数的变化规侓，筛选易骨折人群进行防治。方法采用OSTEOCORE-2双能X线骨密度检测仪对135例桡骨远端骨折患者（观察组）和同年龄段体质指数（BMI）相匹配的135例正常人群（对照组）进行前臂尺桡骨远端1/3处的骨密度、骨折风险系数及T值测定，并进行统计学分析。结果在同一年龄段，观察组患者骨密度明显低于对照组。在同一年龄段，观察组患者骨折风险系数明显高于对照组，且平均高出200%-300%。观察组患者骨质疏松症发病率较对照组明显升高，且两组研究对象骨质疏松症发病率随年龄增加明显增加。结论桡骨远端骨折患者较正常人群骨密度降低，且骨质疏松症发病率增加。低骨密度伴骨折风险系数高于正常均值的200%-300%时即为桡骨远端骨折易发病例。

Objective To study bone mineral density, the incidence of osteoporosis and fracture risk coefficient changes regulation of patients with distal radius fracture and normal people, and to screen easy fracture population for prevention. Method 135 cases of patients with distal radius fracture were intook observation group, and the same age and body mass index （BMI） 135 cases normal people were intook control group. Adopted OSTEOCORE-2 dual energy X-ray bone density instrument to measure forearm distal radius 1/3 bone density, fracture risk coefifcient and T score of the two groups, and statistical analysis was conducted. Result In the same age group, bone density of observation group patients was signiifcantly lower than control group. In the same age group, fracture risk coefficient of observation group patients was significantly higher than control group, and it was 200% - 300%higer. Incidence of osteoporosis in observation group patients was signiifcantly higher than control group, osteoporosis incidence of the two groups increased signiifcantly increased with age. Conclusion Bone density of patients with distal radius fracture is lower than normal people, the difference is obvious, and the incidence of osteoporosis increases. Low bone density and fracture risk coefifcient are higher than normal average of 200%-300%, who is the easy cases of distal radius fractures.
