摘要 使用动态粘弹谱仪(DMA)考察了在不同热空气老化条件下,乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVM)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物、受阻酚抗氧剂1010和多元醇杂化共混物的阻尼热稳定性。结果表明,在50℃老化条件下,EVM/PLA质量比为80/20的共混物阻尼性能提高;而在90℃老化条件下,共混物阻尼性能下降;不同热空气老化后,15份受阻酚(抗氧剂1010)杂化EVM/PLA(质量比为80/20)共混物的有效阻尼温域稳定在100℃左右,是比较理想的阻尼体系;在50℃老化条件下,20份多元醇杂化EVM/PLA(质量比为80/20)共混物有效阻尼温域由102.5℃降至90.4℃,其在90℃老化条件下的有效阻尼温域降至78.7℃。 The damping heat stabilities of EVM/PLA blend and EVM/PLA blends modified with hindered phenol (antioxidantsl010) and polyol were investigated at different conditions of hot air ag- ing by using DMA. The results showed that the damping properties of the blend increased at 50 ℃× 120 h when EVM/PLA mass ratio was 80/20, while it decreased at 90 ℃ × 120 h. The effective damp- ing temperature range of the blend modified with 15 phr antioxidantsl010 was always 100 ℃ at different conditions of hot air aging when EVM/PLA mass ratio was 80/20. The effective damping temper- ature range of the blend modified with 20 phr polyol decreased from 102.5 ℃ to 90.4℃ at 50 ℃ ×120 h, while it decreased to 78.7 ℃ at 90 ℃×120 h.
