摘要
研究了P50环保橡胶油的各项性能,并与其他几种环保橡胶油进行了对比,探究了其在乳聚丁苯橡胶胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,P50环保橡胶油具有良好的环保性能,满足欧盟Reach法规的环保要求;用于胎面胶时,其硫化胶的耐老化性能和焦烧性能均优于TDAE和NAP环保油,能显著提高胶料的抗湿滑性能,但滚动阻力和生热略高。
The properties of P50 environment friendly oil was researched, and it was compared to other environment friendly oils, the application in the ESBR tread compound of tires was studied. The results showed that P50 had an excellent environment friendly properties and met the requirements of REACH regulations. Both the aging resistance and scorch properties of PS0 vulcanizate were better than those of TDAE and NAP environment friendly oils in the tread compound of tires. The wet resistance was significantly improved, but the rolling resistance and heat building were little higher.
