鞭腿击打不同类型目标对支撑腿膝关节损伤的危险因素变量分析 被引量:11

摘要 为预防鞭腿技术动作运用不规范对支撑腿膝关节造成的运动损伤,运用VICON System 3D运动采集系统与Polygon分析软件,对鞭腿击打3种不同类型目标研究表明:支撑腿膝关节的外展内收、回旋角度、回旋角速度及回旋力矩等方面都存在显著性差异(P<0.05);鞭腿击打沙包时,支撑腿膝关节外展内收、大幅度回旋运动导致角速度方向快速变化;支撑脚触及测力台的峰值地反力瞬间到作用腿击打目标物瞬间,支撑腿的膝关节角度快速内收、外旋运动,因受到地面反作用力的冲击导致膝关节运动速度减慢、外旋角度减小、关节力矩加大,导致支撑腿膝关节部位上下扭转,成为支撑腿膝关节运动损伤的主要危险因素。 The VICON System 3D, Polygon was used to find out the reasons which cause ankle injure by analyzing the three kinds Round Kicks. , rotation angular speed and cyclotron torque so there are significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; when the whip leg hits the sandbag, fast cyclotron angular velocity changes lead to motion the supporting leg knee abduction and adduction and great supination and pronation led to fast cyclotron angular velocity changes;in the interval between the sup- porting leg' s touching the ground and the working leg' s hitting the target, the supporting legs are in contact with the ground instantly to the role of hitting target instant leg and the knee joint angle of the supporting leg rapidly abducted and adducted ; fast adduction, external rotation movement due to the impact of ground reaction force of the knee joint movement speed slowed down and the external rotation angle decreased due to the impact of ground reaction force, resulting in exter- nal rotation angle decreased and the joint torque increase caused the knee joint parts under torsion. The above are the main risk factors for the active injury of the knee joint of the supporting leg active knee injury factors.
