摘要
响应面分析法优化屎肠球菌BC-3产细菌素的培养基。采用不同的培养基对屎肠球菌BC-3进行培养,筛选出最适培养基。结合单因素法和响应面分析法,优化出最适屎肠球菌BC-3产细菌素的发酵培养基配比。结果表明:屎肠球菌BC-3产细菌素的最佳培养基为蛋白胨27.11g/L,牛肉膏51.65g/L,磷酸氢二钾4.78g/L,在此条件下,细菌素的产量最高,抑菌圈达到最大,为13.21mm,比优化前提高了42.81%。
The response surface methodology to optimize the fermentation culture medium for Enterococcus faecium BC-3 in the production of Bacteriocin Substances was studied through the research of selection of the most suitable Fermentation Culture Medium of Enterococcus faecium BC-3.The optimum fermentation of Enterococcus faecium BC-3 bacteriocin medium ratio was optimized by the single factor method and response surface method. The results showed that, the production of bacteriocin by Enterococcus faecium BC-3 fermentation was composed of 27.1 lg/L peptone, 51.65g/L beef extract and 4.78g/L dipotassium phosphate. Under these conditions, it has the highest yield of bacteriocin. A maximum diameter of inhibition zone was 13.21mm, which is 42.81% higher than before.
