摘要
采用有机溶剂法提取了迷迭香干叶中黄酮化合物,利用紫外分光光度法测定了提取物中的黄酮含量.通过单因素实验和正交试验,优化出了以乙醇-水溶液提取迷迭香干叶中黄酮化合物的工艺为:提取温度80℃、乙醇浓度(v/v) 50%、提取时间2h、料液比1∶11 g/mL、颗粒度60 ~ 80目.在优化工艺下,迷迭香总黄酮干基得率为8.233%,提取物中总黄酮含量达24.441%.
The flavonoids were extracted from Rosrnarinus officinalis L. dried leavies by organic solvent method, UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine flavonoids content in the extract. Through the single factor experiments and the L9(34) orthogonal test, the optimal extraction technology of flavonoids from Rosmarinus officinalis L. dried leaves was : using ethanol-water mixture as solvent, extracting temperature 80~C, ethanol concentration (v/v) 50%, extracting time 2 hr, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 11 g/mL and raw material particle size 60-80 mesh. The average yield in dry basis of flavonoids is 8.233% and flavonoids content in the final extract is up to 24.441% under the above optimal conditions.
