By exemplification, the author discussed the fundamental judgment rules of the R、S configuration of chiral carbon atom in organic stereochemistry＆#39;s perspective and Fischer＆#39;s Projection.Using this rule, it can help students learn and summary the effective method on the mutual transformation of Newman＆#39;s Projection, perspective and Fisher＆#39;s Projection in stereochemistry.As a result, students can transfer the dimensional structure of molecules and will no longer rely on the auxiliary of molecular models . This is beneficial to students to understand and solve the relevant questions in stereochemistry , such as the electrophilic addition reaction of olefins, elimination reaction of halogenated hydrocarbon and alcohol.
