摘要
对传统成形圆弧形钣金工艺进行分解,利用新方案重新组合成新的成形工艺,根据不同方案设计对应的模具,从模具的通用性、成本、结构复杂程度等进行对比,选择最优化的模具结构。实际生产证明:模具具有通用性,缩短了设计周期,降低了制造成本,为类似非标异形截面圆弧形钣金的成形提供一定的参考。
The traditional process of forming arc sheet metal was analyzed and a new process was reassembled by new schemes. According to the different schemes, the corresponding mould was designed, which has contrasted from the aspect of versatility, cost and complicated structure and so on. Finally the optimized mould structure was selected. The actual production showed that the mould was universal.
