摘要
分析了汽车滑轨安装座的结构特点和冲压工艺,介绍了排样方案、级进模的总体结构、主要零部件的设计,采用活动凸模结构,解决了取件难的问题。生产实践表明:模具结构紧凑、操作简便、生产效率高,对类似零件的模具设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
The structural characteristics and stamping process of the mounting seat for an automobile sliding rail were analyzed. The design of layout scheme, general structure of the die and the main parts were presented, and the problem that part was difficult to take out was solved with the movable punch.
