摘要
通过分析后防撞梁安装板的工艺,将冲孔、压包、压印、翻边、落料等工序合理安排在模具的不同工位,还对模具结构及主要零件进行了设计。经实际生产验证:生产的零件质量稳定,符合客户要求,可为类似零件的成形提供一定的参考。
Through analyzing the process for the mounting plate of a rear anticollision beam, the piercing, stretching, printing, flanking and blanking process were reasonably arranged in different position of a die. Also, the die structure and main parts were designed. The practical production showed that the parts' quality was good and conformed to the clients' requirements.
