脑动脉瘤血管内介入治疗术中出血的防治 被引量:1

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是指脑动脉壁有不明的膨出部分,一般先天性脑动脉瘤占比较大的部分,任何年龄段的都有,血管内介入治疗是一种创伤较小的治疗方法,目前在国内已逐渐普及。我科于2013年8月-2014年12月共治疗脑动脉瘤48例。发生部位依次为后交通动脉动脉瘤、大脑前动脉动脉瘤、椎一基底动脉系统动脉瘤、大脑中动脉动脉瘤、眼动脉瘤及颈内动脉动脉瘤。本文仅报告在栓塞过程中动脉瘤破裂的5例(10.41%)患者的诊断及治疗过程,并总结经验教训。
