摘要 大斜度大位移定向井和水平井滑动钻进的托压严重影响机械钻速的提高,为此,研制了缩进式长冲程水力加压器。该加压器由水力加压推进机构和悬挂机构组成。推进机构中间筒体的托台嵌于心轴的导向长槽中,心轴导向长槽沿托台滑动,可避免外壳体与心轴之间自由转动,实现扭矩传递;另外,钻井液流过心轴及下部钻具的压降产生推力,给钻头提供足够、稳定和可控的钻压。悬挂机构使心轴在起下钻时处于缩进状态,并悬挂在定位短槽内,避免心轴受到损伤,从而延长加压器的使用寿命。2口井的应用结果表明,缩进式长冲程水力加压器具有很好的悬挂和推进功能,对复合钻进和滑动钻进机械钻速均有不同程度的提高,解决了滑动钻进的托压问题。 The back pressure during slide drilling in high inclination, extended reach directional well and horizontal well has great effects on the ROP improvement. Therefore, an indented long-stroke hydraulic thruster is developed. The hydraulic thruster consists of hydraulic propulsion mechanism and suspension mechanism. The sad- dle of the intermediate cylinder of the propulsion mechanism is embedded in the long guide slot of the mandrel, the mandrel guide slot slides along the saddle to avoid free rotation and allow torque transmission. The pressure differen- tial caused by the drilling fluid flowing through mandrel and lower drilling tools results in an adequate, stable and controllable WOB. The suspension mechanism make the mandrel in a retracted state and hang in the short position slot when tripping, thus avoiding mandrel damage and extending the service life of hydraulic thruster. The applica- tion results in two wells show that the indented long stroke hydraulic thruster could ite drilling and slide drilling with a good suspension and propulsion performance, back pressure during slide drilling. improve the ROP during compos- and has effectively addressed the
