摘要
堵孔圆板机构在实际工程应用中经常可以用到,但如何计算该机构相关各处的压力值及压降,目前没有相关介绍。为此,分析了堵孔圆板机构的压降问题,重点解决了环形平板沿程压降问题和环形平板局部压降问题,利用积分中值等效法和积分精确求解法推导出了压降的计算公式,并辅以试验方法进行公式修正。研究结果对于堵孔圆板机构的设计与现场应用具有一定的指导意义。
Although the plugging-hole plate mechanism is often used in engineering design, there is no relat- ed introduction about how to calculate the related pressure and pressure drop of the mechanism. The pressure drop of the plugging-hole plate mechanism is analyzed. The focus has been put on addressing the pressure distribution and local pressure drop of annular plate. The formula of pressure drop is derived by using the integral mean value e- quivalent method and exact solution method, and then been modified by testing method. The study results could provide certain guiding significance for the plugging-hole plate mechanism design and application.
