摘要
针对海洋平台钻机工作环境海风大、大气腐蚀性强及作业面积小等特点,研制了ZJ90DB海洋平台钻机井架。该井架采用具有一定大门高度的单斜塔形结构,井架体横截面为长方可拆卸、栓装封闭式钢结构框架。井架整体构件均经热浸锌防腐处理,增强了井架的抗腐蚀能力。通过对井架结构建立力学分析模型,借助于ANSYS软件对井架进行了有限元分析计算,分析结果表明,3种计算工况下ZJ90DB海洋平台钻机井架的最大应力均发生在井架主立柱大腿单元,最大应力满足API标准要求。
The derrick for ZJ90DB offshore platform rig is developed for the offshore environment of strong sea wind, great atmospheric corrosion and small work area features. The derrick features monoclinic structure with a high gate in front, cross section of detachable rectangles and embolus enclosed steel frame. The derrick components are treated with hot dip galvanizing to enhance the corrosion resistance. Finite element analysis has been conducted on the derrick structure based on established mechanical model of the derrick. The results show that the maximum stresses are all located in the derrick main column unit under maximum stresses are in line with the API standards. three kinds of derrick calculation conditions, and themaximum stresses are in line with the API standards.
