井下丢手式分层体积压裂工艺研究与现场试验 被引量:4

摘要 针对定向井开发油层厚度大的区块时,单层混和水体积压裂纵向动用程度不够,常规分层压裂排量过低的问题,开发了井下丢手式分层体积压裂工艺和配套工具。该工艺通过丢手式钻具组合和专用打捞工具实现各改造段的有效封隔,同时能保护施工段套管,与常规分层压裂相比,排量由2~3m^3/min提高到11m^3/min,具有施工排量大,工具组合简单,施工风险小等优点。在华庆长6油田开展了现场试验,实现了致密厚油层分层多段体积压裂,试验井产量由措施前的日产油1.02t提高到措施后日产油3.44t,日增油2.42t,目前稳产4个月,累计增油283.8t。 During the development of blocks with large thickness of oil layer by directional well, single layer hybrid water volumetric fracturing often result in a low vertical producing degree, and the conventional separate layer fracturing displacement is usually too low. To address the issues, the downhole release-type separate layer vol- umetric fracturing technology and the tools are developed. The technology could effectively isolate each treat layer and protect the casing during treatment by release-type BI-IA and special fishing tool. Compared with conventional separate layer fracturing, the tool could increase the displacement from 2 - 3 m^3/min up to 11 m^3/min. The tech- nology has many advantages like large displacement, simple tool assembly, high on-site operability and low opera- tional risk. Field tests in Huaqing Chang 6 oil field have successfully conducted a separate layer volumetric fractu- ring in a thick tight oil layer. After treatment, the test well production increased from 1.02 t/d to 3.44 t/d, and has been stable for four months with the cumulative production of 283.8 t.
