摘要 论述了低温制冷领域内的低温液氮用系列缠绕管式换热器的研究开发现状及进展。举例说明一级回热三股流换热器、二级回热四股流换热器、三级回热五股流换热器以及多股流回热主换热器等多股流、多相流、低温高压交叉换热用低温液氮缠绕管式换热设备的基本设计方法及内部多股流换热工艺流程,阐述了不同制冷剂及不同用途的低温液氮用缠绕管式换热器和螺旋缠绕管束总体结构特征及工作原理。最后展望了低温液氮系列缠绕管式换热器的重要研究方向及需要进一步解决的关键科学问题。研究内容可为低温液氮领域内缠绕管式换热器的设计计算提供参考。 The research situation and development of LN2 coil-wound heat exchanger in cryogenic field are discussed. The basic designing methods and the multi-stream heat exchange process of the cryogenic and high pres- sure cross heat exchange equipments of LN2 coil-wound heat exchanger with multi-stream and multiphase flow are il- lustrated by case study, including three-stream coil-wound heat exchanger in first stage, four-stream coil-wound heat exchanger in second stage, five-stream coil-wound heat exchanger in third stage and multi-stream main coil- wound heat exchanger. A series of LN2 coil-wound heat exchangers with different mixed fluids and different uses are described. The winding structure characteristics and the work principle of the spiral pipe bundles are elaborated. The main research directions and the critical scientific problems are forecasted. The study could provide references for the scientific design and calculation of coil-wound heat exchanger in cryogenic LN2 field.
