摘要
以2,2′–(1,3–亚苯基)–二噁唑啉(1,3–PBO)为扩链剂,在双螺杆挤出机中对废旧丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(r ABS)进行熔融扩链,并研究了1,3–PBO含量变化对r ABS的相对分子质量、力学性能、动态力学性能和断面形貌特征的影响。结果表明,与r ABS相比:扩链产物的相对分子质量大幅提高,数均相对分子质量达到20 885;产物的力学性能显著提高,缺口冲击强度提高到r ABS的近三倍;产物的储能模量、损耗模量明显增加,聚丁二烯(PB)相的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)降低,苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)相的Tg升高;产物断面的形貌变得粗糙,相界面得到修复。
Recycled acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(rABS) was chain extended by 2,2' (1,3-phenylene)bis(2- oxazoline)(1,3-PBO) in twin-screw extruder, and the effects of PBO content on molecular weight, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and morphology of rABS were studied. The results indicate that, compared with rABS, the molecular weight of chain-extended products is increased drastically and the number-average molecular weight reach up to 20 885 ; the mechanical properties of products are obviously improved and the notch impact strength is about 3 times the value of that of tABS ; the storage modulus and loss modulus are markedly increased, the Tg of products show a drop in polybutadiene(PB) phase while a rise in styrene /acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN) phase ; the fracture surface become more blurred and phase interface is repaired.
