基于区域电子商务发展的外贸电商人才培养模式构建

The Construction of Cultivation Model for Foreign Trade E-Commerce Talents on the Basis of Regional E-Commerce Development

面向区域经济发展,服务区域经济发展是高等职业教育的特征和使命。基于区域外贸电子商务发展的人才需求,浙江横店影视职业学院文化经济学院打破原有专业区隔,以专业群建设为依托,引入外贸电子商务行业企业,行业、企业、学校深度合作,共同培养复合型电商人才。其人才培养模式构建的前提是了解外贸电子商务人才知识、能力、素质要求,在此基础上重构课程体系,加强复合性师资队伍建设、实训平台建设等。

Orienting toward and serving regional economic development is the feature and mission of higher vocational education. Based on the need of regional foreign trade e-commerce development for talents, the Cultural and Economic School of Hengdian Film and Television Vocational College of Zhejiang break the original distinction of specialties, rely on specialty cloud construction, and cooperate with enterprise and industries in E-commerce deeply to jointly cultivate interdisciplinary talents in E-commerce. To construct talents＇ cultivation ,nodel, the premise is to understand the requirements in knowledge, ability and quality of foreign trade e-connnerce talents. Based on that, it is necessary to reconstruction the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of interdisciplinary teachers and practical platform.
