摘要 "校企共育—三课堂联动"人才培养模式是广州工商学院经过多年探索与实践,总结与提炼出的适应技能型会计人才培养的人才培养模式,其基本内容可以概括为组织"三个课堂"、形成"校企共育"、建立"联动机制"。在该人才培养模式实施中,必须准确定位高职会计人才培养目标,构建"理实一体化"课程体系,校企共同开发系列实用教材,建立生产性实训基地,培养一支"双师型"教师队伍。 The personal co-training mode with combined three-class activities both in school and enterprise is one that has been concisely summarized, practically adapted to training skill-oriented accounting personnel and long subjected to exploration and practice. The mode can be summarized as follows: To organize " three classes" ; to shape school-enterprise co-training pattern ; to establish joint-action mechanism . To implement the mode, it is absolutely necessary to exactly orient the goal for accounting talents training, to develop the theory-practice integrated curriculum system , develop series of practical textbooks by school and enterprise jointly, build the practical training base for productivity, and cultivate a "dual-qualities" teaching staffin higher vocational schools.
