按煤炭资源整合的环境绩效评价——以山西省为例

Evaluation of Environment Efficiency in Integration of Coal Resource——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

文章建立了煤炭行业资源整合的评价指标体系,并以2001—2012年山西省数据为样本,对山西省煤炭资源整合的环境绩效进行分析,找出资源整合中的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,同时也为我国其他地区煤炭资源整合提供参考。

This paper sets up an evaluation index system in integration of coal resource in coal industry and, based on data of Shanxi Province during 2001-2012, makes an evaluation on environment resource in integration of coal resource. The paper finds out some problems in the integration and comes up with some measures, including improving concerned policy system, simplifying the procedures of merging mines, increasing concentration degree of coal industry and so on.
