摘要
基于填料抗冻理念,以合理的填料持水率、冻胀性及压实特性为综合目标,探讨了适用于高速铁路路基防冻胀的渗透性级配碎石的级配组成。通过不同级配条件下室内饱水持水试验、渗透试验和冻胀试验,研究了不同级配填料的持水能力、渗透性能和冻胀特性,明确了渗透性级配碎石的级配范围。依托中国东北地区一高速铁路开展了现场填料制备、压实及试验段防冻胀效果监测试验研究,完善了渗透性级配碎石的制备和压实工艺。研究结果表明,渗透性级配碎石基床应用于高寒地区高速铁路路基防冻胀是可行的。
Based on the concept of anti-freeze filling material,by setting up a series of comprehensive targets which include the reasonable water retention rate, the frost heave characteristic and the compaction characteristic of filling material,a type of permeable graded gravel has been proposed, which was suitable for the high-speed railway subgrade. Through a series of in-door water retention tests, the permeability tests and frost heave tests under different graded conditions. The water retention characteristic, the permeability characteristic and the frost heave characteristic of different graded filling materials can be determined, in order to define the gradation range of permeable graded gravel. Relied on the frost-heave monitoring record of high speed railway in Northeast China, a series of experimental study have been carried out,which include the on-site filler production, the compaction test and the and-frost effect test, in order to improve the production and compaction techniques of permeable graded gravel. The research results show that using permeable graded gravel subgrade as the anti-frost structure for the high speed railway subgrade in the cold area is feasible.
