摘要
AP1000燃料元件生产线信息化管理系统是中核包头的重大建设项目,目的是通过构建生产线信息化管理模型,利用先进计算机控制技术、通讯技术和管理模式,实现对生产线各类资源的深度集成和智能化管控,使AP1000燃料元件的制造过程更加标准化、精益化和透明化。整个系统平台包括企业资源管理系统(ERP)、生产线制造管理系统(MES)、实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)、仓库管理系统(WMS)以及配套的若干辅助模块。本文将围绕生产线制造管理系统(MES),重点介绍该系统的功能设计、生产线应用效果以及与其他部分系统的业务集成内容。通过信息化管理系统的设计开发,中核包头将先进的信息化管理模型应用于AP1000燃料元件生产线的制造管理中,实现了公司精益化制造管理思想的全面落地,为AP1000燃料元件制造技术的消化吸收和再创新打下了坚实基础。
The AP1000 Nuclear Fuel Assembly production hne information management system is one of the major construction projects in CBNF. Through designing the CBNF digital management model, using advanced computer controlling technology, the C technology and the information management methods to realize that information management system could collect, transfer and analyze process and inspection data from production line automatically during the whole time of AP1000 Nuclear Fuel Assembly manufacturing. This way could reduce human mistakes and give the greater guarantee for product quality. Base on the huge data of product; manager could develop various production management researches. At last, summarizing the digital information management model for AP1000 nuclear fuel assembly production, building-up ~e experience for process management system design. With the support of system, CBNF will improve the depth, breadth and eflaciency of management, build the stable basement for enterprise development.
