Application of Big Data in Network Public Opinion Information Work of Public Emergency

大数据既是新技术也是方法论,大数据侧重于挖掘有价值的信息,将大数据应用到网络舆情信息工作中,是新形势新环境下突发公共事件应对的新需求。本文分析了大数据时代网络舆情的现状和特点,以及当前网络舆情信息工作存在的问题,通过对大数据的概念和特性及其主要技术的研究,结合突发公共事件的特点,探讨如何将大数据应用到突发公共事件网络舆情信息工作中,为网络舆情信息工作提供技术解决参考和方法论支持。

Big data is both new technologies and methodologies, big data focused on valuable information mining, the ap- plication of big data in network public opinion information work is a new requirements of public emergency response which under the new situation and new environment. This article analyzed the present situation and characteristics of network public opinion in the era of big data, and problems existing in the network public opinion information work, based on the study of the concept and char- acteristics of big data and its main technologies, combining with the charactersfics of public emergency, explored how to apply big data to network public opinion information work in public emergency, to provide technical solution to reference and methodological support for network pubLic opinion information work.
