水污染防治工作中的情报监测探究

Intelligence Monitoring Mechanisms of Water Pollution Prevention and Treatment

严峻的水污染局势亟待改善,本文试图通过探讨情报监测在水污染防治工作中的运用,包括建立"小核心,大外围"的情报监测主体、构建水污染防治情报监测指标体系、梳理水污染情报监测手段以及建立开展防治水污染的情报监测工作流程以更及时地发现水环境中的潜在威胁,引导水污染防治工作化被动为主动。

The severe pollution of water resource needs to be improved urgently. In order to timely sense the potential threat of water environment and change the work of water protection into a more initiative way, this paper discussed the application of intelligence monitoring in the area of water environment governance, including the establishment of ＂small core, large periph- ery＂ intelligence monitoring body, water pollution monitoring indicator system, diversified monitoring methods and an applicable work flow.
