摘要
分析了循环经济下稀土企业实施逆向物流的意义,提出了稀土企业发展逆向物流的管理策略,并从保障的视角探寻了发展逆向物流的激励机制。
The paper analyses the significance of reverse logistics implemented by the rare earth enterprises under the circular economy, proposes the operation strategy for earth enterprises to develop reverse logistics, and seeks an incentive mechanism of developing reverse logistics from the assurance perspective.
