摘要
某公司氧化铝生产中使用的冷却塔为GBNL型,存在的主要问题是填料寿命短、运行维护费用高、运行不稳定。将一台GBNL-80型冷却塔改造为KSFL-80型中空水分散冷却塔后,取得了良好的技术经济效果。
In the paper, the GBNL type cooling tower is used in alumina production of some company. And the main problem existed in the cooling tower is that the short life of packing, the high cost of maintenance and the instability of operation. By transforming one GBNL-80 type cooling tower into a KSFL- 80 type hollow water dispersed cooling tower, good technical and economic efficiencies are achieved.
