摘要
铝电解车间系列母线异常接地导致电解槽电能损耗增大,同时对电解槽或其他设备以及操作工人造成伤害。使用PLC模块采集系列电压和各车间电压,通过内部计算可及时判断电解槽的接地故障点并及时消除故障。
With the series of cell bus grounding abnormally in aluminum electrolytic workshop, it caused the electrolytic power loss and the damages to the cell, other equipment and worker. The paper uses the PLC module to collect the series voltage and workshop voltage, and through the internal calculation (in the PLC module), the electrolytic grounding fault point can be judged and the fault can be eliminated timely.
