基于IHA分析锦江水库对下游径流的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文基于仁化、长坝两个研究站点1958~2009年之间的日平均径流资料,采用IHA法分析锦江水库修建后对下游河道径流过程变化的影响;基于扶溪、城口、五渡村、厚坑、仁化、石塘等站点1958~2009年的降水资料,采用滑动平均法及M-K检验法分析锦江流域降水年际变化,以印证锦江水库对下游径流的影响.结果表明,锦江水库建库后下游年平均径流总量有所减少,其调蓄水对下游径流有削峰迟滞作用,汛期径流年内分配减少的但其年际变化较建库前小,并使得年内径流分配较建库前均匀,但其调蓄水也促成建库后锦江下游段的多年平均断流天数长达52.06d,给下游生态造成一定破坏,有必要采用更为合理的调度制度以使下游和谐发展. Based on the daily flow at Renhua station and Changba station covering 1958-2009,the IHA method is used to evaluate the influence of the Jinjiang Reservoir on the downstream hydrologic regimes of Jinjiang.The moving average method and M-K test are used to analyze the precipitation interannual variability of Jinjiang basin with the precipitation data at Fuxi,Chengkou,Wuducun,Houkeng,Renhua,Shitang stations covering 1958-2009,which can confirm the influence of the Jinjiang Reservoir on downstream hydrologic regimes.The results show that the average runoff between 1994 and 2009is smaller than before ones;and annual flow distribution of the Jinjiang downstream is becoming more uniform.In flood season,the Jinjiang downstream runoff interannual variation is smaller after construction of the Jinjiang Reservoir.The Jinjiang Reservoir can reduce flood peak of downstream;but the downstream flow from 1994 to 2009had 52.06 days of zero flow due to water storage of the Jinjiang Reservoir,so as to cause damage of the downstream ecosystem;and the more reasonable measures are urgent.
